- Design visually appealing newsletters, web pages, banners, and other marketing materials.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule on social media and ensure timely delivery of content.
- Track and analyze engagement metrics for newsletters, social media, and the website to guide future strategies.
Application Process
The PTSA Student Representative Committee offers a fair and transparent application process, ensuring that all Monta Vista High School students have an equal opportunity to apply. Here’s how it works:
- Eligibility: All students at Monta Vista High School are welcome to apply for a position on the PTSA Student Representative Committee.
- Application: Interested students must complete the online application form.
- Review Process: Once the application form is submitted, it will be reviewed by a PTSA board member.
- Interviews: Selected candidates will be invited for an interview to further assess their suitability for the role.
Selection Criteria:
Decisions will be based on the following:
- Past Experience: Relevant experience that aligns with the responsibilities of the position.
- Interview Performance: How well the candidate presents themselves during the interview.
- Position Availability: The current vacancies and needs within the committee.
Term Limits
- Students may serve in the same position for a maximum of two years.
- Each term lasts for one year.
- Returning officers are given priority to continue in their role for a second term, provided they have performed well and wish to continue.
